Fully Automatic Silk Stockings Packing Machine

•The outer wrapping cardboard folded edge width 25mm, not less than 20mm, with 1-2mm chamfer.

•Cardboard opening window at the folded edge. The   length of the finished product wrapped in the outer cardboard exceeds the length of the short side of the plastic bag by 3mm.

•The inner cardboard is 10-15mm less than the length of the outer cardboard folded in half

•The outer packaging plastic bag with more than 3.5cm PP film. Folded film-sealing edge left 35mm, the outer cardboard wrapped finished length than the length of the short side of the plastic bag beyond 3mm.

•Folded plastic bag rolls are controlled at about 10 kg, with a paper tube inner hole of 3 inches.

•The machine runs continuously and the production speed is 12-16 packs/min.

•The natural length of stockings suitable for packing is 90-120cm.
