Looking back, after years of research and development, Bin Hong Company has accumulated proprietary R&D capabilities in the process technology and equipment improvements for automated folding and sewing of gauze. As early as 2014, the company began continuously innovating its self-developed automated equipment and securing intellectual property protection. The technological development for this project builds upon further refinements to Binhong's existing patented technologies. 

Subsequently, between 2015 and 2017, Binhong successively developed advanced equipment including the barium sheet cutting mechanism, the lifting belt feeding mechanism, and the bidirectional gauze folding mechanism. As market demand grows, product applications expand, and precision/quality requirements intensify, Binhong leverages years of R&D to develop a high-precision, fully automated intelligent gauze folding and sewing production line. The company aims to industrialize this line, addressing traditional equipment's low output, efficiency, and limited intelligence.

The technological innovation of Binhong's entire production line lies in connecting key mechanisms via conveyor belts. This enables materials, after unwinding from the uncoiler, to be processed into square-folded, multi-layered gauze products and discharged through the unloading mechanism. Furthermore, Binhong has boldly innovated to meet diverse market demands, continuously developing template stitching techniques that have now been successfully introduced to the market.
