Currently, the Chinese market primarily features single-function automatic sewing machines that still require manual labor for cumbersome auxiliary processes such as folding, cutting, and trimming threads to complete production. This results in low production efficiency while medical gauze remains susceptible to contamination, making quality assurance challenging. Our fully automated sewing production line—the Binhong Template Sewing Production Line—is an independently developed and patented product (hereinafter referred to as “the production line”). This line automatically manufactures abdominal pads, offering advantages over traditional manual sewing: higher output, consistent quality, low maintenance costs, smooth finished surfaces, uniform stitching, and minimal thread ends. It significantly liberates labor and boosts enterprise productivity. Currently, we offer two sewing solutions, each with distinct advantages to meet diverse customer needs and maintain market competitiveness.

I. Grid-Pattern Automatic Sewing Production Line

Multiple sewing machines sew simultaneously, with each machine responsible for one edge. This method produces short thread ends on fabric edges, allows shuttles to operate longer, and ensures a smooth fabric surface. Production capacity reaches 500-700 pieces per hour.

II. Template Automatic Sewing Production Line

A single sewing machine completes an entire piece of gauze. The fabric appearance resembles manual stitching, with customizable stitch patterns. One folding machine can be equipped with four heads, achieving a production capacity of 400-600 pieces per hour.
