It was truly a worthwhile trip.

III. Experience in Talent Exchange with Higher Education Institutions
The workshop engaged in in-depth discussions with third-year students from Shenzhen Polytechnic on electromechanical technologies, exploring technical details such as servo motor motion control, frame vibration under load, and component placement. Through collective brainstorming, students posed questions to the craftsmen while the craftsmen shared their insights. This intensive exchange enhanced learning, sparked intellectual collaboration, and planted the seeds of the Da Cheng craftsman spirit in the students' minds.
